What's Included

What your Care Manager does

The placement

  • Initial needs assessment by your Care Manager — skills required, gender preference, language, hours (live-in or day shift)
  • Sourcing from Kareverse's vetted network of agency partners in Bangalore
  • Background verification and reference checks for every caretaker
  • Matching the caretaker to your parent's specific needs and personality
  • Orientation visit by the Care Manager — introducing the caretaker, setting routines, establishing boundaries

The Care Manager oversight — ₹2,000/month

  • Weekly check-in with the caretaker: feedback on the elder's condition, concerns, performance
  • Monthly in-person oversight visit by the Care Manager
  • Monthly written update to the family — caretaker performance, elder's wellbeing, any changes observed
  • Mediation and resolution if any issues arise between the caretaker and your parent
  • Replacement coordination if the caretaker leaves — minimising gap in care

Who It's For

When your parent needs daily support

Daily physical assistance

When your parent needs regular help with bathing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, or post-surgical recovery — caretaker placement provides consistent daily support.

More than an agency

A staffing agency places a caretaker and walks away. Kareverse places a caretaker and stays involved — through the Care Manager oversight layer. You don't just get a person; you get a managed care arrangement.

Your eyes and ears

The Care Manager knows the signs of a poor fit, caretaker burnout, or declining elder health — and they tell you before a crisis. You never manage the caretaker relationship alone.

How It Works

Simple steps, clear results

1

Needs assessment

Your Care Manager visits your parent to understand exactly what support is needed: the type of care, the hours, any special skills or language requirements.

2

Sourcing and matching

We identify candidates from our partner network, conduct background checks, and shortlist 2–3 options that match your parent's profile. You review and approve the shortlist.

3

Introduction and orientation

The Care Manager introduces the selected caretaker to your parent. The first visit is supervised by the CM to ensure a smooth start.

4

Ongoing oversight

Weekly check-ins with the caretaker. Monthly visit by the CM. Monthly written update to the family. Issues escalated and resolved by the CM — you do not manage the caretaker relationship directly.
