How long does it take to place a caretaker?

After the initial assessment, we typically source and place a caretaker within 5–7 business days. For urgent placements (post-discharge situations), we prioritise and can sometimes deploy within 2–3 days.

What if the caretaker and my parent don't get along?

The Care Manager monitors the relationship during the first month and flags any mismatch early. If a replacement is needed, we source and transition to a new caretaker — the CM manages the handover to minimise disruption.

Are Kareverse caretakers medically trained?

Kareverse places trained caretakers from vetted agency networks — not registered nurses. Caretakers provide personal care and basic health monitoring. For clinical nursing care (wound management, IV administration), we source qualified nurses — contact us.

Can the caretaker take my parent to doctor's appointments?

The caretaker can accompany your parent for transport and basic support. For formal medical appointments where notes and follow-up are critical, we recommend adding a Doctor Visit Accompaniment with your Care Manager (₹800).

What happens if the caretaker suddenly quits or is unable to work?

If a caretaker leaves, we begin sourcing a replacement immediately and aim to deploy within 72 hours. In the interim, the CM coordinates with the family on bridging arrangements.

Introduction and orientation
