Can I book a recurring ambulance for dialysis?

Yes. We set up recurring ambulance schedules for dialysis patients — 2 or 3 times per week. The same vehicle and timing each session for consistency.

What types of ambulances are available?

Basic patient transport (wheelchair/stretcher), ambulances with basic life support equipment, and advanced life support ambulances for patients requiring oxygen or monitoring during transit.

How far in advance do I need to book?

For planned transport, 24–48 hours notice is ideal. For urgent but non-emergency needs, we can often arrange same-day service — WhatsApp us and we'll confirm availability.

Does the Care Manager travel in the ambulance?

For hospital transfers and post-discharge transport, the Care Manager can accompany your parent in the ambulance if needed. This is recommended for patients who may need someone familiar with them.
